Store Policies
Cricut @ Crafts Direct offers the following Returns Policy:
- Purchases may be returned to the store or email info@cricut-craftsdirect.com for RMA #.
- Returns may incur a restocking fee of 25%.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Receipts are required
- If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer's warranty department.
Ship to address errors will be fixed as soon as we are notified. Please notify us by email, info@cricut-craftsdirect.com, and we will make the change. If your order has already shipped, we can make the change with UPS Intercept. UPS charges a fee of $10 to make a change once the order has been shipped. This fee will be added to your invoice.
When will your shipment arrive
Order by Noon Central time and your order will go out the same day. Please see the map for UPS ground transit times or click here to get an estimate from UPS. We ship from zip code 56387. Transit times are estimated by UPS. Please visit www.UPS.com for more info.
We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air UPS services.
