Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Where does Cricut @ Crafts Direct ship to?
A: We currently only ship within the United States.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: When will your order ship?
A: All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. It should leave our location in about 24 - 48 hours.

Q: If I place an order to pick up at Crafts Direct, when will be ready for pick up?
A: Pick up orders are processed Monday - Thursday. It will be ready for pick up in about 24 hours from order date.
