Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Where does Cricut @ Crafts Direct ship to? A: We currently only ship within the United States.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When will your order ship? A: All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. It should leave our location in about 24 - 48 hours.
Q: If I place an order to pick up at Crafts Direct, when will be ready for pick up? A: Pick up orders are processed Monday - Thursday. It will be ready for pick up in about 24 hours from order date.
Q: Are our products new and purchased from the manufacturer? A: Yes, all items are new except those marked as "Refurbished." We buy all of our products directly from the manufacturer.
Q: If I am a Passport to Creativity member do I get points for my online purchases? A: The store and website are on two different systems, so at this time purchases made through this website will not accumulate points.
Q: How do I change the ship to address if I made an error when the order was entered? A: Please email us at info@cricut-craftsdirect to give us the correct address you would like your order shipped to. If you notify us before your order ships, there will be no fee for this change. If your order has shipped, the ship to address can be change by UPS Intercept. The fee for UPS Intercept is $10. This fee will be added to your invoice. UPS does not guarantee that the change can always be made in time. Please be aware that your order may be delivered to the original address.
